    • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
    • 2 teaspoons wholegrain mustard
    • 1 tablespoon oligo syrup (or use agave syrup or maple syrup)
    • 1 teaspoon yogurt (Greek or plain; can substitute with a plant-based alternative)


Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Spread: In a small bowl, mix honey mustard, mayonnaise, wholegrain mustard, oligo syrup, and yogurt until well combined. Set aside.
  2. Prepare the Vegetables: Thinly slice the cabbage and carrot. Set aside the lettuce leaves.
  3. Assemble the Sandwich:
    • Start by spreading 1 tablespoon of the prepared spread on one side of each of the 4 bread slices.
    • Place 2 slices of cheese on top of the spread on the first bread slice.
