Ingredients:
- 1
can (140g) of chili tuna (or 100g homemade chili tuna)
- 4
flour tortillas
- 4
slices of cheddar cheese
- 1/2
cup (50g) of shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2
tbsp of butter
Instructions:

the Tortillas: Heat a sandwich press or a large pan over medium heat.
Spread 1/2 tbsp of butter on one side of a tortilla.

using a pan, cook for 2-3 minutes on one side, then carefully flip the
quesadilla and cook for another 2-3 minutes on the other side until the
cheese is fully melted and the tortilla is crispy.
- Serve:
Remove the quesadilla from the press or pan and let it cool slightly.
Slice into wedges and serve hot.
Tips:
- Substitutes:
You can use any type of cheese you prefer, such as Monterey Jack or gouda,

- Additions:
For an extra burst of flavor, add a thin layer of your favorite salsa
inside the quesadilla before cooking.
