  • 1 can (825g) apricots in juice
  • 1 tablespoon curry powder
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Knorr chicken powder

Instructions:

  1. Prep the Ingredients:
    • Dice the onions and cut the carrots into chunks.
  2. Cook the Curry:
    • Place the chicken, French onion soup mix, chicken noodle soup mix, diced onions, carrot chunks, apricots with their juice, curry powder, soy sauce, garlic powder, and Knorr chicken powder into the slow cooker.
    • Stir to combine all ingredients.
  3. Slow Cook:
    • Cook on high for 4-5 hours or on low for 7-8 hours, until the chicken is tender and 
  4. Shred the Chicken:
